How to Use TENS Patches with the PEMF Healing App

What You Need

To effectively use TENS patches with the PEMF Healing App, you will need the following:

  • (1) PEMF Healing App: Download from www.pemfhealing.app
  • (2) TENS patches (with a 2mm female pin connector) Start with Small patches so you can use 2 or 4 of them at least. Make sure they are pin and not push button or snap-on format. Amazon Link
  • (3) TENS to 3.5mm Mono Converter (two pieces) - Amazon link
  • (4) Amplifier - Amp link
  • (5) CESS-023-6i Banana Plugs to RCA Cable 6-inch, Phono Banana Speaker Cable, 2 Pack- Amazon link
  • (6) VCE 3.5mm Female to 2 RCA Male Stereo Audio Y Cable, Need one of these Pack comes in 2 but you only need one Amazon Link
  • (7) (2-Pack RCA Cable,Gold Plated 3.5mm Female Mono Jack to RCA Male Adapter Cable, 3.5mm to RCA Adapter Cable for Speaker, Media Player, and so on- 25cm/10 Inch Amazon Link
  • (8) Conductive Gel (for better connection and results)

For your Device Whether you are using Apple or Android, you can use an adaptor cable Such as:
Older iPhones: Amazon Link

Newer iPhone: Amazon Link
Android Devices: Amazon Link
Or if your device has a headphone Jack you can use this cable: Amazon Link

Signal Input:

Step-1: (6) VCE 3.5mm Female to 2 RCA Male Stereo Audio Y Cable Connect this to your Device iPhone/Android to the adaptor mentioned above.

Step-2 Connect the other end to the left side of the RCA connectors on the AMP

Signal output:

Connect (5) CESS-023-6i Banana Plugs to RCA Cable 6-inch to the Amp Output all 4 of them make sure it is all the way inside.

on the other end of this cable, you have 2 RCA females on each, you would take the (7) (2-Pack RCA Cable, Gold Plated 3.5mm Female Mono Jack to RCA Male Adapter and connect the RCA ends to each other.

You would then take your (3) TENS to 3.5mm Mono Converter (two pieces) and connect each to the end of the cable coming from the Amp output.

Now is the time to Connect your TENS patches 2 of each to the other end of this cable so go ahead and connect those.

Now go ahead and Plugin your Amp and make sure it is connected

Important Facts & Hints

  • Treble and Bass Settings: Turn both all the way to the right, then gradually increase the volume. It may be useful to test whether adjusting treble and bass changes the effectiveness of therapy.
  • Volume Fluctuations: Some PEMF programs fluctuate in volume before the sensation is noticeable. Take time to find the right setting for each program.
  • Most of the programs on PeMF Healing App are designed for TENS and WBV, but take a moment to understand which range works the best so that when you are on a program you know what exactly to expect on any specific programs.

So What is TENS?

TENS (Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation) is a therapy that uses electrical currents to stimulate nerves for pain relief, muscle stimulation, and improved circulation. When combined with frequency-based therapy, TENS patches can enhance the effectiveness of PEMF healing.

TENS Frequency Ranges and Uses

TENS frequencies vary based on intended application:

  • 1-5 Hertz: Endorphin release and deep pain relief
  • 10-50 Hertz: General pain relief and muscle relaxation
  • 80-120 Hertz: Acute pain management
  • 200+ Hertz: Nerve stimulation for healing and blood circulation improvement

Placement Best Practices

To ensure effective therapy, follow these best practices:

  • Face: Apply patches along the jawline, cheekbones, or forehead for skin rejuvenation and anti-aging effects.
  • Neck & Shoulders: Place patches on tense muscles to relieve stiffness and improve circulation.
  • Lower Back: Effective for pain relief and spinal nerve stimulation.
  • Legs & Feet: Useful for circulation improvement and muscle relaxation.

Conductive Gel Use

Using a high-quality microcurrent gel improves conductivity, ensuring even distribution of electrical signals. Apply a thin layer of gel before placing the patches for better adhesion and signal transmission.

How to Use TENS Microvoltage Patches with PEMF Healing App

Preparation Steps:

  1. Clean the Area: Wash the target area with warm water and mild soap.
  2. Apply Conductive Gel: Spread a thin layer on the skin where patches will be placed.
  3. Attach the Patches: Ensure they adhere well without gaps.
  4. Connect the Device: Attach the cables, ensuring proper compatibility with the TENS to 3.5mm Mono Converter.

Session Guidelines:

  • Use twice daily for 15 to 30 minutes per session.
  • Ground yourself before and after therapy for maximum effectiveness.
  • Start the PEMF Healing App, select the desired program, and allow it to play before connecting the patches.

Maintaining Your TENS Patches for Longevity

  • Clean after use: Wipe with a damp cloth to remove excess gel.
  • Store properly: Keep in a sealed bag to maintain adhesive quality.
  • Avoid overuse: Replace patches after 20-30 uses for optimal performance.
  • Use the right gel: Alcohol-free conductive gels extend patch life.

Recommended Patch Placements and Duration

Placement Area Number of Patches Session Duration
Face (cheeks, jawline, forehead) 2-4 15-20 mins
Neck & Shoulders 2-4 20-30 mins
Lower Back 2-4 20-30 mins
Legs & Feet 2-4 20-30 mins

Important Facts & Hints

  • Treble and Bass Settings: Turn both all the way to the right, then gradually increase the volume. It may be useful to test whether adjusting treble and bass changes the effectiveness of therapy.
  • Volume Fluctuations: Some PEMF programs fluctuate in volume before the sensation is noticeable. Take time to find the right setting for each program.

By following these guidelines, you can optimize your TENS therapy experience with the PEMF Healing App, achieving better results in pain relief, skin rejuvenation, and overall wellness.
