6. Subscription, Trial Period, Payments, Cancellation, and Refund Policy
a) Free Trial and Cancellation:
When you sign up for our Products or Services, you are granted a full seven (7) day free trial period. You are solely responsible for canceling your subscription within this 7-day trial if you do not wish to continue. All cancellations must be completed using your own account management on the Google Play or Apple App Store.
b) Responsibility for Subscription Management:
For security and privacy reasons, PeMF Healing LLC does not have access to your payment information or subscription settings. We cannot cancel, modify, or manage your subscription on your behalf. You must manage your subscription directly through your app store provider.
c) Payments and Third-Party Processing:
All payments are processed by Google, Apple, or other third-party platforms, not by PeMF Healing LLC directly. We do not receive your payment immediately; in most cases, it takes up to three (3) months before we receive the funds from your transaction, according to standard app store processing times.
d) Early Billing Notice:
Apple and Google may process charges to your account up to 1-2 days before your subscription’s official end date or renewal. It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription well in advance of your renewal date to avoid being charged. PeMF Healing LLC is not responsible for any early charges, automatic renewals, or processing delays by these platforms.
e) No Direct Refunds:
Since we do not process payments or have immediate access to your funds, PeMF Healing LLC cannot issue refunds under any circumstances. All requests for refunds or disputes regarding charges must be directed to the platform (Google or Apple) where you made your purchase.
f) Your Agreement and Responsibility:
By signing up for our Products or Services, you agree that you have read, understood, and accepted all policies regarding free trials, cancellations, payment timing, and refunds. Failure to cancel within the 7-day trial period or any charges processed by your app store (including early or automatic charges) are not the responsibility of PeMF Healing LLC. You are responsible for reading and following these terms before joining and for managing your subscription according to our policy.
